Your Core Responsibilities Executive Support: Manage a demanding diary, filter communication, prepare briefing materials, and ensure meticulous follow-up from key meetings. International Travel Coordination: Plan and manage complex itineraries across global locations with a proactive, contingency-focused mindset. Comms & Brand Liaison: Partner with the internal digital team to create and refine messaging for the Chairman's social channels (e.g. LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook). Stakeholder & Leadership Interface: Serve as a central point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring messaging is timely, diplomatic, and aligned. Administrative Excellence: Produce high-quality documentation, agendas, and reports.
