The Opportunity

The department is well-regarded for providing sensitive, practical advice to individuals and families on a wide range of private client matters, including estate planning, probate, trusts and powers of attorney.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a varied caseload of private client matters
* Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Estate administration and probate matters
* Advising on trusts and estate planning
* Supporting clients with inheritance and succession planning
* Delivering exceptional client care throughout the client journey
* Participating in networking and business development activities
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures
About You
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
* 2–3 years PQE in Private Client law
* Experience handling non-contentious private client matters
* Strong technical and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and client care abilities
* Comfortable working with elderly and vulnerable clients
* Commercially aware with an interest in business development
* Ambitious and keen to continue developing your career
