Supported Assistant Practitioner/Assistant Practitioner 8819 | Permanent contract | £28,598 to £33,699 per annum (Scale F/G) | 37 hours per week | County Hall, Norwich

Join the Supported Living and Residential Team as an Assistant Practitioner. We review adults with learning disabilities across Norfolk in residential and supported living placements.

You will possess experience in the Health or Social Care sector, have a good standard of education along with excellent IT and organisational skills. You will be competent at working at pace in a responsive fast paced environment, with a positive can-do attitude.

Travel links are extensive, with direct rail links to London and Cambridge and Norwich International Airport with flights to Europe and beyond.
