Key Account Manager – Commercial Vehicle OEM Trade Parts
We are strengthening our UK sales team with a focus on delivering and developing garage workshop consumables programmes across the automotive aftermarket, engineering supplies, and industrial distributor sectors. Our client has extensive experience enabling MRO workshops to manage their consumable usage efficiently. We are seeking a Key Account Manager, National Account Manager, or Senior Sales Executive to develop their presence in the commercial vehicle sector via CV OEMs and trade parts programmes.
Ideal Location – UK Wide / Central UK preferred
Our ideal candidate:
* Has worked within the automotive aftermarket in a senior sales, key account, or national account capacity, with familiarity in parts distribution and supply into the commercial vehicle aftermarket, especially trade parts programmes across all makes.
* Understands commercial vehicle workshops and inbound supply chains.
* Possesses experience working with OEMs at HQ level, particularly commercial vehicle manufacturers.
* Has a proven track record of delivering sales in a field-based role.
* Can present innovative ideas confidently at board level with gravitas.
* Is highly IT literate, with skills in presentation packages and Excel analysis.
* Communicates clearly and concisely, both written and verbally.
* Maintains professionalism and integrity with customers and stakeholders.
* Is highly organized, with a strong work ethic and tenacity.
* Is flexible to travel regionally and overnight as needed.
* Presents well, is punctual, and can create excellent first impressions.
