Tasks
* CandidateGeneration: Search job boards for suitable CVs Headhunting askingfor recommendations and referrals utilising the large database wehave as well as the latest search tools and technologyavailable.
* Using social media and searchengines such as LinkedIn to find candidates and vacancies/job leadsto fill.
* Conducting thorough telephoneinterviews screening potential candidates via phone/skype thatmatch job briefs.
* Selecting suitable candidatesto shortlist from CVs received via jobadvertisements.
* Adding Candidates onto thedatabase and undertaking general administration regarding jobapplications
* Closing down/opening up job fileson the CRM/database
* Answeringswitchboard
* Making a high volume of outboundcalls to generate candidates and filljobs.
* Building lasting relationships withclients based on honest communication andtrust.
* Managing the candidate process frominitial conversation through to offer and acceptance of the newrole.
* Working to daily weekly monthly quarterlyand annual salestargets
Requirements

* This is a highvolumetelephonybased office role Monday to Friday so a willingness towork full time in an office daily is a must and to make a highvolume of sales calls.
* Confident individual whohas experience of dealing with customers and clients eitherfacetoface or over the phone having worked previously in a B2Benvironment such as working in retail on a shop floor with targetsto achieve.
* Must have held a parttime job atweekends/evenings etc whilst studying.
* Apositive attitude drive and determination to succeed strong workethic and flexible approach.
* Excellent writtenand oral communication skills
* Great ICT skillsalready using LinkedIn social mediaetc.
