Key Responsibilities:
* Proven experience in PMO/ programme management, healthcare consultancy or related sectors.
* Ability to facilitate PMO/ programme management processes including supporting multiple workstreams, maintaining RAID logs, reporting on progress and coordinating meetings and actions as part of a dynamic PMO/ project controls team.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage senior executives, NHS clients, and government bodies.
* Excellent written skills, able to produce high-quality, accessible reports, presentations and business case content.
* Knowledge of UK healthcare sector policies, including NHS guidance, HM Treasury Green Book principles, and Department of Health & Social Care frameworks.
* A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a desire for continuous improvement.
* Ability to build client relationships, identify new opportunities, and support business growth.
