Safety is our top priority, and we’re looking for individuals who not only have a keen eye for detail but also a warm and engaging approach to customer service. As a lifeguard, you’ll lead and support poolside activities, creating unforgettable moments for our guests.
About You
We’re on the lookout for friendly and confident individuals who:
* Enjoy interacting with guests of all ages
* Are strong swimmers with a commitment to safety
* Exhibit reliability, flexibility, and punctuality
* Can work independently while supervising areas
Our business operates 7 days a week, so your flexibility and punctuality are essential as you become an integral part of our team.
If you already hold a lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, don’t worry! If you can pass the Butlin’s swim test, we’ll provide you with the training you need to earn your NPLQ qualification and kickstart your lifeguarding career.
Swim Test Requirement
If selected, you’ll be invited to complete the Butlin’s swim test, which includes:
* Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
* Treading water
* Surface diving
* Climbing out of the pool unaided
Note: Applicants under 18 will need parental consent to participate in the swim test.
