Service Team Manager – Learning Disabilities Scarborough, North Yorkshire Up to £30,000 per year Report to: Registered Area Manager This role would be ideal for someone with experience in health and social care within a supervisory position, preferably within learning disabilities or Autism. The purpose of the role is to ensure that the assessed care, developmental and support needs are always fully implemented. To develop positive relationships with everyone involved and creating a homely, welcoming environment for the people my client supports. Proactively working to help people gain more independence by acquiring daily living skills, achieving their forecasted outcomes and matching team members’ expertise to their needs.
