Year 2 Teacher - Full-Time - Immediate Start
Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire
Salary: Main Pay Scale (London Fringe) - £168 to £233 per day (depending on experience), paid weekly
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 2 Teacher to join a well-regarded two-form entry community primary school in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, starting immediately.
This long-term, full-time position is offered on a temporary contract until July. The successful candidate will be expected to take on full teaching responsibilities, including planning, marking, assessment, and attending staff meetings. Pay will be equivalent to a permanent member of staff on the London Fringe Main Pay Scale.

The successful candidate will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have experience or training in Key Stage 1, ideally Year 2
Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Be confident with planning, assessment, and pupil progress tracking
