We’re entering an exciting new chapter as a company and are looking for a VP of Analytics to join our team. As VP of Analytics, you will lead the strategy and delivery of productised analytics within the mpro5 platform. You will build a scalable, robust, and fully embedded analytics capability that delivers real value to customers and drives business outcomes. You will lead and build a high-performing analytics team. You will define the approach, select the right technologies, and design a modern, maintainable data architecture. Working closely with the CTO and product teams, you will ensure analytics is reliable, performant, and provides actionable insights that shape decisions and enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities Define and lead the analytics strategy for the mpro5 platform, ensuring it delivers measurable value to customers and business outcomes Productise analytics as an embedded, core platform capability, delivering out-of-the-box insights to the mpro5 customer base, with flexibility to support specific use cases Design, implement, and maintain scalable, robust, and highly available data architectures and pipelines Build and lead a high-performing analytics team Establish data governance, quality, and maintainability standards Liaise with the CTO and product teams to align analytics with business and product objectives Deliver analytics initiatives ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs Stay up-to-date with analytics and data technology trends and continuously improve practices Lead and assist in customer workshops, both pre- and post-sale, to demonstrate solution potential and align mpro5’s capabilities with customer business needs Serve as the internal and external advocate for analytics, acting as a knowledge base and promoting best practices across the organisation and to customers Essential Skills and Experience Proven experience defining and executing a data strategy and delivering end-to-end analytics initiatives in a product environment Track record of creating customer-facing dashboards and reporting that drive value Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights Strong technical proficiency in modern data architectures and platforms (Azure, Snowflake, Sisense…) and BI/analytics tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau…) Experience leading and scaling high-performing analytics teams Deep understanding of data governance, modeling, and pipeline management to ensure reliability, maintainability, and scalability Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working with senior technical and product leadership to define and deliver upon requirements Desirable Skills and Experience Advanced analytics, AI/ML, and predictive modeling
