About the Role
A UK manufacturer of technically complex, low-volume engineered products is looking to recruit a Manufacturing Engineer to support process improvement, new product introduction and day-to-day production support within a precision machining and assembly environment.
This is a hands-on position working closely with production, engineering and quality teams to drive improvements in cost, quality and delivery while supporting ongoing continuous improvement activity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support new product introduction activities and ensure products are designed for manufacture.
2. Assist in developing and improving manufacturing processes, routings, work instructions and SOPs.
3. Contribute to Lean and Continuous Improvement projects to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
