This role supports a £multi‑million store and motivates a diverse, talented team. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to sort deliveries, place orders, and respond to customer queries, while also focusing on people management, performance and holiday rota planning. Your goal will be to maximise sales, deliver outstanding customer service, minimise costs and optimise operational efficiency. You must be prepared to step into the Store Manager’s role in their absence.

* £37,585 – £44,310 (based on a 45‑hour contract).
