Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager (Contract – 6 Months) £600 per day | 3 Days per Week | Redditch (Hybrid) We’re supporting a key client engagement through a specialist consultancy, delivering a CRM implementation programme within a well-established UK business operating in a technical, product-driven environment. This is a senior contract role for an experienced Business Analyst with Project Management capability, brought in to drive delivery and engage confidently with senior stakeholders. The Role You’ll take ownership of a CRM implementation from a business perspective, working across sales, customer, and operational functions. This is a hands-on hybrid BA/PM role, requiring someone who can shape requirements and drive delivery. * Lead requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement * Translate business needs into clear deliverables * Drive CRM implementation activity end-to-end * Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies * Act as the bridge between business and technical teams What We’re Looking For * 10 years’ experience in BA / hybrid BA-PM roles * Proven delivery of CRM implementations * Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or product-based environments * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills * Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on Key Details * £600 per day * 6-month contract * 3 days per week * Redditch (hybrid, on-site required) * Immediate / short notice preferred Important * Contractors only * Must be commutable to Redditch Why Apply This is a high-impact role where you’ll be expected to bring structure, credibility, and momentum to a key programme.
