This is a standout opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer who is looking to step into a genuine leadership role within a well-regarded and supportive firm.

The position offers the chance to shape and grow the residential property offering while working alongside an established client base and experienced team.

The Opportunity

The firm has an excellent reputation across Greater Manchester and continues to see strong levels of repeat business and referrals. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a senior conveyancing professional who can play a key role in the future development of the department.

\n\n

You will manage your own high-quality residential conveyancing caseload while also contributing strategically to the growth, supervision, and ongoing success of the team.

\n\n

Key Responsibilities

\n\n

\n\t
• Managing a busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion

\n\t

• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and more complex property transactions

\n\t

• Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team

\n\t

• Supporting departmental growth and business development initiatives

\n\t

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, introducers, and local agents

\n\t

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk management procedures

About You

\n\n

To be considered for this Residential Property Partner opportunity, you will ideally have:

\n\t
• Significant experience within residential conveyancing

\n\t

• Previous supervisory, leadership, or partner-level experience, or a clear desire to step into a leadership role.

\n\t

• Strong technical and commercial awareness

\n\t

• Excellent client relationship and networking skills

• The ability to manage and develop a team effectively

\n\t
