An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and ambitious Sous Chef to join one of North Wales’ most respected luxury country house hotels.
Set within the breathtaking Snowdonia National Park and overlooking the Mawddach Estuary, this independently owned boutique hotel combines refined hospitality with a produce-led food offering and an award-winning wine programme. Recently awarded a prestigious Michelin Key, the property continues to build a growing reputation as one of Wales’ leading hospitality destinations.
The kitchen is now seeking a talented Sous Chef to support the senior team as the business continues pushing towards becoming a nationally recognised destination for food lovers.

The Role
Working closely with the Head Chef, you will play a key role in maintaining standards, developing the brigade, and contributing to the continued progression of the food offering.
You will:
* Support the day-to-day leadership of the kitchen
* Deliver refined, produce-led dishes to consistently high standards
* Assist with menu development using outstanding local Welsh produce
* Help train, mentor, and motivate junior chefs
* Maintain excellent organisation, cleanliness, and consistency throughout service
* Contribute to a positive, ambitious kitchen culture
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a chef who enjoys working within a quality-driven environment with genuine ambition and strong team values.

* Current Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
* Background in quality fresh-food or Rosette-level kitchens
* Passion for seasonal produce and refined modern cooking
* Strong attention to detail and consistency
