We're looking for Support Workers across Warwickshire, as a Support Worker you will be playing a fundamental part in improving vulnerable people's lives through the care and support that you provide. You will be supporting people who have varying needs and abilities but include;learning disabilities, complex needs and mental health conditions.
We have roles available in Bedworth, Nuneaton, Kenilworth, Rugby, Royal Leamington Spa and surrounding areas
Are you the person who can support our individuals day to day to live independently in their own home whilst promoting a safe, healthy and secure living environment? Your skills will lie in your ability to interact, build relationships and support our individuals in all aspects of their daily life which could include; social events & activities, interacting with families and friends, domestic tasks and everyday living support. Some personal care may be required.
Role Highlights:
1. Part-time or Full-Time hours available. we are flexible on the days you work although some weekend working is essential.
2. £11.60 dependent on experience and positions available
3. A driving licence and access to a car is essential for these roles
