An exciting opportunity for a Permanent Senior Resourcing Advisor / Workforce Planning Advisor. This is not a Talent Acquisition role. You will be part of a critical function, the Resource Management function, ensuring the right people, with the right skills, are available at the right time and location. In this role, you will coordinate and deliver resource management services, driving operational excellence and supporting the organisation's business and talent strategy.Key Responsibilities:
1. Resource Deployment & UtilisationWork closely with Partners, Directors, and Managers to understand project requirements.Drive utilisation and advise on resourcing solutions and best practices.Manage conflicting resource demands to achieve profitable oues.
2. Planning & AdministrationMaintain work planners and provide administrative support for resourcing processes.Report and forecast workforce utilisation; make strategic deployment decisions.
3. Talent & Career DevelopmentAlign staff career development needs with engagement opportunities.Support onboarding of contingent workers and secondment programmes.
4. Stakeholder ManagementBuild strong relationships, influence, and negotiate resource allocation.Liaise effectively across multiple levels and teams.
5. Analysis & Process ImprovementAnalyse utilisation reports and support conversations on benchmarks.Identify and implement process improvements.3 days per week in the office, 2 days in Milton Keynes, 1 day in Peterborough and 2 days home-based.
What You’ll Bring:You must have experience as a Resourcing Advisor who has ideally worked within the professional services industry, Law Firm, Accountancy Organisation, Management Consultancy.
