CUSTOMER SERVICES - IT’S A PEOPLE THING

It’s not just about what you know; it’s about who you are. As a Hire Controller, you’ll be responsible for looking after our customers, building relationships, understanding their needs, and helping them do it better.
In this role, you'll deliver a top-notch service, using your product knowledge to maximize upselling opportunities. Your day will involve communicating with customers via phone, email, and website requests, managing orders from enquiry to post-hire feedback, and taking ownership of the customer journey. You'll need to be proactive and use your initiative to ensure an excellent customer experience and continuous service improvement.
