Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive professional to support the integration of automated IT/OT systems at our client's site, in alignment with internal procedures and standards. This role represents the IT O&L Process Integration team, part of the broader IT O&L Manufacturing Connectivity group, and will be instrumental across various project phases, focusing on tools and services provided by the client. Hybrid - 1 day a week from home Key Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between project stakeholders and the IT O&L Process Integration team; Provide technical support throughout all phases of industrial automation projects, from initial study to final implementation; Collaborate closely with System Leads and global third-party IT teams to resolve technical issues; Participate actively in on-site activities, including coordination with internal teams and external suppliers; Ensure smooth integration of automated systems within production environments at the Pirbright site; Contribute to ancillary activities related to the broader mission of the IT O&L Process Integration team, depending on workload and project needs. Required Skills and Experience: Prior experience working within the pharmaceutical industry; Solid understanding of industrial computing environments; Strong technical knowledge of automated industrial systems; Familiarity with client/server IT infrastructure and networking principles; Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
