We’re recruiting an HGV Workshop Manager to run our HGV and Maintenance Department at our Enderby site. You will be managing a small team of technicians, engineers and administrators.
The hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities
The job:
Lead a team of Technicians, Engineers, a Service Coordinator and an Administrator
Oversee the maintenance and performance of our HGV fleet, plant equipment and material handling equipment
Drive delivery against agreed KPIs and implement improvements where needed
Achieve MOT Pass rates, Fleet Compliance, Health & Safety and ensure PPM’s are delivered smoothly
