Duties

* Collaborate with the team to ensure timely service and coordination during busy periods
* Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
* Stay updated on industry trends, new cocktail recipes, and techniques to continually improve your skills
Skills
* Strong bartending skills with a solid understanding of various drink recipes and preparation methods
* Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations
* Excellent hospitality skills, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
* Basic maths skills for managing cash transactions and measuring ingredients accurately
* Effective time management abilities to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
* A passion for mixology and a desire to help create memorable experiences for customers
