As our Customer Content Lead, you'll play a key role in delivering Marketing and Brand's customer content strategy. You'll lead a team of eight and support how high-quality, customer-focused content is planned, produced and delivered. You will act as deputy to the Customer Content Manager and be instrumental in driving consistency, quality and impact across all customer-facing content. Overseeing the production of a range of content items from training and events to video and revenue enablement, you will ensure our content is clear, accessible and designed around real customer needs - helping teachers feel confident and enabling better outcomes for students.
