We’re seeking a talented and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our client’s Operations team. What you’ll be doing
Develop and manage a strong pipeline of profitable new business opportunities.
Sell contracted services across commercial sectors within your territory.
Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Create and deliver strategic sales plans, reports, and forecasts.
Collaborate with Regional Commercial and Depot Managers to align on campaigns and local strategies.
Act as the key contact for prospective customers—building trust and delivering tailored solutions.
Lead pricing negotiations and craft bespoke service packages to meet client needs.What we’re looking for
Proven success in new business sales, ideally within contracted services.
A strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional prospecting, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, results-focused, and comfortable working independently.
Full UK Driving Licence.What’s in it for you

Car or Car Allowance: £400/month.
Pension: 6% employer / 4% employee.
Death in Service: 2x salary.
