About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant to join our growing Business Systems team and play a key role in the delivery of scalable, intelligent, and business-aligned solutions. This position sits at the intersection of business analysis, Salesforce configuration, and solution design — with opportunities to lead complex projects tied to Mergers & Acquisitions, AI enhancements, and platform-wide improvements.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Admins, Developers, and QA, to understand business needs and translate them into effective, maintainable Salesforce solutions. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving real-world problems through smart CRM architecture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Managers and BAs to analyse business requirements, translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
2. Design and configure Salesforce using declarative tools (e.g., Flows, Validation Rules, Lightning Pages).
