The conveyancing team itself is set up so it's really low volume but incredible quality, with conveyancers having no more than 30 new matters a month and that is the absolute cap. There are conveyancers in every office and every conveyancer has an assistant so that you can concentrate on providing a high level of client care and service. The caseload will include all types of residential conveyancing from instruction through to completion. Ideally, you will be a qualified conveyancer but they are open to conversations depending on the years of experience within the conveyancing space.
