At Ace Cleaning, a family-owned, well-established business with 30 years of experience, we're looking for reliable & conscientious cleaners to join our friendly team and help serve our ever growing client base in the Wokingham area.
We're looking for people who take pride in their work, enjoy making a difference for clients, and can be counted on to deliver a high-quality, consistent clean every time.
Unlike many cleaning roles that are self-employed or offer no guaranteed hours, all positions with Ace Cleaning are fully employed (PAYE). We do not use zero-hour contracts, agency staff, or self-employed arrangements. This means you'll enjoy true job security, guaranteed hours, and access to the full benefits of being a valued team member .
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform a variety of general domestic cleaning tasks in the homes of our valued clients
* Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning and sanitising surfaces, with great attention to detail.
* Maintain cleanliness in key areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, and other agreed-upon spaces, ensuring every home looks its best.
* Deliver consistently high standards of cleaning while following health and safety guidelines.
* Respond courteously and professionally to client requests or feedback during visits.
What We Offer
* £13.00 per hour
* Guaranteed contracted hours – no zero hour contracts

* Full time or part-time - Days & hours to suit your schedule

* Paid for travel time between houses

What We're Looking For
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle - Essential
* A reliable, dependable and trustworthy individual with a strong work ethic
* Someone who is comfortable working independently and occasionally as part of a team
* A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards
* Able to commit to regular weekly hours
