We are working with a well-established B2B apparel business supplying to companies across the UK. With over 30 years in the industry and international manufacturing partnerships across Bangladesh, China and Pakistan, they are now looking for a Product Coordinator to join their growing Product Development team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisation and communication skills who enjoys working across products, suppliers and customers in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
You’ll support the Product Development and Technical teams with the coordination of bulk orders, product approvals and day-to-day communication with suppliers and customers.
Duties will include:
* Managing product critical paths and approvals
* Coordinating lab dips, samples and test reports
* Liaising with overseas factories and internal teams
* Supporting customer requirements and bulk orders
* Assisting with product development administration
* Monitoring timelines and ensuring smooth workflow across departments
What They’re Looking For
* Previous experience within clothing, uniforms, textiles or product coordination
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Confident working with suppliers and customers
* Good attention to detail and common sense approach
* Understanding of garment testing, AQL or product approvals would be beneficial
* Someone proactive, personable and keen to develop their career
This role would suit someone from a Product Admin Assistant, Product Coordinator, Garment Tech Assistant or Production Coordinator background looking to step up in a stable and growing business.
