A well-established manufacturing company with a strong international reputation is seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator to join their team based at their modern facility in Storrington.

Salary: £30-34k per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (30-minute lunch break)
Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays
Benefits: Workplace pension, private healthcare (after qualifying period)
Contract: Permanent, full-time (3-month probation period)

The Role:

An exciting opportunity for an organised and motivated individual to play a key role in both the sales and marketing functions of the business. This varied position combines customer service, order processing, and marketing coordination, supporting the company’s continued growth in the UK and internationally.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Marketing Support

* Help raise the company’s global profile through a range of marketing activities

* Organise and maintain the customer database and coordinate targeted email campaigns

* Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, particularly LinkedIn

* Update and maintain the company website, including news articles and technical data sheets

* Support SEO activity to improve online visibility

* Create engaging sales literature, advertisements, and marketing materials

* Coordinate the planning and logistics for trade exhibitions and promotional events

Sales Support

* Handle incoming enquiries via phone and email in a professional and efficient manner

* Prepare quotations and process sales orders for spare parts and service work using Sage software

* Liaise closely with Production and Purchasing teams to update customers on order progress and delivery schedules

* Organise dispatch of goods via courier, airfreight, or seafreight, including preparation of export documentation

* Provide general administrative and receptionist support to ensure smooth daily operation of the Sales Office

The Candidate:

Skills and Experience:

* 2–5 years’ experience in a sales and marketing environment

* Experience using Sage 50 Accounts (or similar software) preferred

* Excellent communication and organisational skills with strong attention to detail

* Confident, friendly, and customer-focused approach

Desirable:

* Formal marketing qualification, including digital and social media marketing

* Experience in export administration and documentation

* A creative flair for producing marketing content

* Applicants with limited marketing experience but a strong desire to learn will also be considered
