Responsibilities
* Process and manage sales orders with precision and efficiency.
* Ensure timely communication with customers regarding order updates and enquiries.
* Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and related documentation.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
* Assist in preparing sales reports and analysing data to support decision-making.
* Handle general administrative tasks related to the sales department.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions promptly.
* Support the team with ad hoc tasks as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
* A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently when required.
* Experience within the industrial/manufacturing industry is desirable but not essential.
