The Mission We are recruiting a clinical expert for a premier 1:1 care role aboard a private superyacht. You will serve as the primary medical point of contact for an 80-year-old VIP principal. This position offers a distinct professional lifestyle: delivering hospital-grade care while adhering to a luxury cruising itinerary that visits Portofino, Dubrovnik, and the Aeolian Islands.
The Team You will integrate into a high-performance, Western-trained medical wing. The team is structured to provide seamless 24/7 care and includes:
* A Lead British Doctor responsible for all clinical governance.
* Specialist Physiotherapists managing the principal's rehabilitation.
* A dedicated team of acute-care nursing colleagues.
The Safety Your well-being is critical to the mission's success. We enforce a rigorous double-nurse shift system, ensuring you never face a clinical load in isolation. This rotation allows for substantial rest periods and the opportunity to experience the vessel's exclusive destinations.

* Education: A Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
* Experience: Candidates must have 4+ years of post-graduate experience in ICU, ER, or A&E to manage the specific medical needs of the principal.
