You'll be working on…
Responsibilities
* Supporting engineering teams during all stages of project delivery, from tender to implementation.
* Assisting in the production of basic electrical design documentation under supervision.
* Helping maintain design records, documentation, and databases.
* Supporting the preparation of drawings, schedules, and specifications.
* Assisting with technical studies, site surveys, and desk-based research.
* Gaining exposure to relevant engineering software (e.g. ETAP, MicroStation, MATLAB, CDEGS).
* Observing compliance with safety legislation, company procedures, and CDM Regulations.
* Participating in team meetings, design reviews, and internal training sessions.
* Maintaining a positive and proactive approach to all work undertaken.

* Evidence of achieving a Grade 4 or above in English and Maths to enter the apprenticeship programme.
* Willingness to learn and pursue formal academic qualifications alongside on-the-job experience.
* The necessary UCAS points to enrol on a Degree Level Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* A valid driving license may be required for site-based roles.
