Work Location / Schedule

Store Manager

Responsibilities
* Measure and monitor sales performance, taking action to improve business performance when needed.
* Ownership of operational execution, achieving revenue targets while balancing budget and expenses.
* Use business acumen to understand drivers and opportunities, building solutions.
* Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals.
* Drive delivery of an elevated client experience, acting as a brand ambassador and educating customers on sustainability.
* Lead the sales floor, delivering an excellent customer experience through a customer‑first mindset.
* Assist customers and monitor team interactions, providing in‑moment coaching for continuous improvement.
* Create an optimal balance of sales and service through effective scheduling while meeting payroll goals.
* Maintain extraordinary customer experience NPS scores.
* Uphold consistent inventory accuracy and controls, training the team to ensure deliverables.
* Contribute to loss prevention; set expectations and train the team.
* Ensure facility maintenance, presentation, and organization.
* Lead merchandising presentation and concept standards, utilizing retail and product reporting to strategy for customer experience and productivity.
* Provide real‑time and weekly feedback on product and sales performance to corporate partners.
* Ensure the selling floor reflects brand and concept standards, training support staff and developing talent in visual and digital merchandising.
* Manage day‑to‑day performance of the retail teams, enabling progressive career development and an employee experience.
* Hire, train, and develop the store team across all areas of the business.
* Provide performance feedback, ensuring growth and results; understand culture and identify improvement areas, communicating with the Regional Director.
* Own reviews, development plans, disciplinary action, and corrective action for the team.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years retail experience.
* Minimum of 4 years retail management experience.
* Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or a highly operational business.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills and effective interaction with diverse personalities.
* Drive to take on new challenges with self‑motivation for continuous personal and team development.
* Ability to set clear objectives and inspire the team to reach their highest potential.
* Ability to set the standard for operational efficiency, adhering to processes and systems to maximize business results.
* Skills to collaborate strategically with cross‑functional partners for shared business outcomes.
* Proactive, entrepreneurial sense of urgency and ability to prioritize important work.
* Keen eye for identifying and evaluating new business opportunities.
* Understanding of retail labor laws.
* GSuite experience is a plus.
Compensation
Anticipated base salary ranges from £40,000 to £70,000 per year, depending on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
