About YouYou have experience working in a generalist human resources or organisational development environment, or equivalent, with exposure to strategic people initiatives.With experience supporting digital transformation, you bring strong knowledge of learning needs analysis and the ability to translate learning requirements into simple, user-friendly digital learning solutions that support and upskill colleagues.You collaborate confidently with a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring engagement, clarity, and measurable outcomes throughout digital and learning initiatives.
