Field Service Engineer

Install, service, and repair equipment at customer sites
Deliver remote technical support to resolve basic issues
Liaise with clients to manage on-site visits and ensure timely service delivery
Support industry exhibitions and customer training events when required
Complete service documentation and maintain accurate records
Background in electrical or electronic field service engineering or similar
Competent with diagnostic tools and comfortable troubleshooting in the field
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Full UK driving licence and flexibility for travel with overnight stays
Physically fit and able to handle technical equipment during installation
Full product and systems training provided
