Joining a growing business services provider, you’ll work with SMEs across the UK while developing the confidence, resilience, and skillset needed for a long-term career in sales.
The Role
As a Lead Generator, you will operate in a full 360 capacity, managing the entire sales journey from first contact through to conversion.
You will:
* Prospect and engage new potential clients through outbound activity
* Initiate conversations and generate interest in services
* Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements
* Build and manage your own pipeline
* Present suitable solutions to decision-makers
* Close smaller deals independently
* Maintain and develop relationships with clients post-sale

Salary & Earnings
* £26,000–£27,000 base salary
* £5,000–£7,000 realistic bonus in year one
* Earning potential increases as you develop into more senior sales roles
