Job Description
3. Advise on derivatives across asset classes: credit, commodities, interest rates, FX, and equities.
4. Draft and negotiate ISDA and other master trading documentation (GMRA, GMSLA, ToBs).
5. Support structured finance deals including margin loans and strategic equity financings.
6. Advise on EMIR and other regulatory frameworks.
7. Collaborate on cross-border, multi-asset class transactions.
The Successful Applicant
8. England & Wales qualified solicitor with 3+ years' PQE.
9. Strong experience in derivatives and structured finance.
10. Solid understanding of ISDA documentation and EMIR compliance.
11. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
12. Experience at a leading law firm or in-house at a financial institution is a plus.
