Your Key Responsibilities
In this exciting role, you will:
* Prepare delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
* Identify opportunities to enhance our food service
* Create a positive kitchen environment where your team feels welcomed and supported
* Deliver our tasty food concepts to customers
* Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image
* Order food, manage stock control, and reduce food waste
* Oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities to uphold hygiene standards
* Manage budgets and successfully meet financial targets
* Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
* Adhere to Health & Safety regulations
What We’re Looking For
Our ideal Chef Manager will:
* Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
* Create a thriving work environment for the whole team

* Have relevant experience in the culinary field
