Responsibilities as Chef de Partie Run your own section during service
Prepare and present dishes to a high standard
Work with fresh, seasonal, locally sourced produce
Support and guide junior chefs and kitchen staff
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation standards
Work closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth service
What Were Looking For Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef
