Our Client a Commercial Vehicle Dealership Group with sites across the South East are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their friendly team. Our Client has a great reputation of being a family friendly business, and provides a great working environment. They are very established within the Commercial Vehicle sector and benefits from strong manufacturer support.

Duties of a Service Advisor with our Client:
14. To handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently.
15. Qualify service needs and diagnose vehicle running problems where appropriate. Establish understanding and an agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out.
16. Accurately maintain the service department loading system in line with workshop capacity.
17. Manage the handover and administration of loan vehicles. Explain the work carried out on vehicle ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation.
18. Understand and adhere to manufacturer service requirements.
19. Maintain relevant systems ensuring accuracy at all times.
20. Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards of the business.
What our Client expects of their Service Advisor:
21. Full UK Driving Licence.
22. Have a good attitude to work at all times.
23. Strong organisational Skills
24. Ideally experience within the automotive sector
25. Experience with Kerridge is beneficial
26. Strong customer service skills
27. An understanding of Vehicles and common issues
28. Right to Live & Work within the UK
