Hours: Between 21 hours/0.6 FTE and 28 hours/0.8 FTE (dependent on the candidate)

Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled administrator with a background in office or project management and knowledge of HR/people management processes. The role requires a drive to work in a creative, forward-looking charity.
The successful candidate will oversee daily operations and core office functions, including:
* HR management
* Governance
* Research
* Reporting
* Event support
Special projects will involve developing policies, leading GDPR improvements, and reviewing internal management processes. The role is diverse, offering breadth and opportunity.
