Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with experience working with a contractor, developer, house builder, or consultant leading general project pre-construction activities?
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee Latimer’s Project Management, Design Management, Cost Planning, and their integration. You’ll oversee project management, design management, and cost planning, along with all pre-construction services necessary to enable the delivery of a range of residential-led projects. As housing delivery is central to the national agenda, you will play a key role in delivering new affordable homes across the country.
You will lead a team based in our London office and work closely with other teams across the business from project inception to handover and aftercare of our customers' new homes. The projects will vary from mixed-use, high-rise city centre regeneration, to joint venture housing schemes.
You will be responsible for ensuring strong project and program management disciplines, delivering in line with the vision, brief, and business plan. You will lead, motivate, develop, and manage your team, fostering collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
You need strong project management skills, a technical understanding of construction technologies including high-rise buildings, and experience in planning, programming, and procuring developments within budget. You should have a proven track record managing multi-disciplinary design teams.
You should be a Chartered Member of RICS, CIOB, or other relevant membership/experience. Experience with a contractor, developer, house builder, or consultant leading general project pre-construction activities across various procurement types, with scheme values averaging £50m to £200m, is required. You must be a strong communicator and self-driven, with significant experience in commercial procurement.
