This role focuses on winning new business, managing client relationships, and placing candidates into temporary and permanent roles. It would suit someone who is target-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales environment.
The Role
* Generate new business through calls, referrals, and leads
* Manage and grow existing client accounts
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline
* Place candidates into roles within the construction sector
* Attend client meetings and site visits (minimum 1 day per week)
* Work closely with the resourcing team
* Track activity, revenue, and forecasts
Requirements
* Experience in sales or recruitment
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Organised and xsngvjr able to manage workload effectively
* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Comfortable working to KPIs and activity targets
