The Total Rewards Consultant will support the global Solutions Group, with a focus on Europe. Responsibilities include managing all individual and group compensation matters and participating in core total rewards processes.
Primary responsibilities include:
1. Leading and managing annual compensation planning processes (merit, bonus, sales incentives, equity) and benefits renewal processes, optimizing these processes continuously.
2. Conducting annual market pricing and employee analysis for supported countries.
3. Researching best practices, understanding business needs, and implementing Total Rewards programs aligned with strategic people plans.
4. Providing consultation and technical advice to HR management and business leaders on C&B policies and programs.
5. Supporting pay transparency and pay equity initiatives.
6. Implementing global initiatives, including policy updates and communications across regions.
7. Supporting M&A activities.
8. Collaborating with Global Workforce Operations on survey participation and other C&B matters.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related discipline (preferred).
* 8+ years of relevant compensation experience.
* Functional area certification (e.g., CCP, CBP) a plus.
* International exposure is advantageous.
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to derive insights from data.
* Self-directed with critical thinking skills.
* Ability to manage moderately complex projects to completion.
* Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
* Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, changing, and matrix environments, independently and collaboratively.
* Strong leadership, relationship-building, and communication skills across organizational levels.
