Job Description
* Lead the planning function within the Procurement & Supply Chain department, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Develop and implement strategies to optimise supply chain processes.
* Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to forecast demand and align resources effectively.
* Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
* Oversee inventory levels to maintain optimum stock while minimising waste.
* Identify and resolve bottlenecks within the planning processes to enhance efficiency.
* Support the team with data-driven decision-making and reporting to senior management.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
