Key Responsibilities: Respond to breakdowns and carry out repairs on mechanical and electrical systems Perform scheduled Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities Diagnose faults and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Monitor equipment performance following repairs Record all maintenance activities and parts usage via our CMMS system (EAM Infor) Communicate effectively with management regarding issues and updates Contribute to plant improvements and continuous improvement (CI) initiatives Undertake training as required to perform daily tasks effectively What We're Looking For Essential Qualifications & Experience: Completed multi-skilled engineering apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) Proven electrical maintenance experience Logical thinker with strong fault-finding skills High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Good knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-based systems Safety-focused mindset and proactive approach Desirable: Experience in the tissue/paper industry Competence in electrical or mechanical maintenance Familiarity with PLC fault finding (Siemens, Omron, Allen Bradley) 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification Apply Today If you're a motivated maintenance engineer looking to develop your career with a forward-thinking and sustainable European manufacturer, we want to hear from you.
