Responsibilities
* Identify common customer concerns (cost, performance guarantees, aftersales) and build response strategies.
* Develop sales toolkits (scripts, comparison sheets, demo videos) tailored to regions/customer profiles.
* Work with product teams to refine system designs based on client feedback.
* Train installer sales teams and update talk tracks based on field insights.
* Diagnose installer pain points (e.g., site survey errors, delayed quotes) and propose solutions to accelerate deals.
Required Skills
* 2+ years in residential solar PV system technical/pre-sales/installation management, with full-process familiarity (design, component selection, installation, grid connection, maintenance).
Preferred: Experience with top-tier solar installers or involvement in SOP development.
* Deep understanding of homeowner pain points (e.g., system efficiency, ROI period, roof compatibility, policy incentives).
* Proficient in core residential PV components (inverters, mounting systems, storage) and selection criteria.
* Knowledge of local regulations (grid connection, subsidies) and safety standards (electrical/structural).
* Ability to translate technical jargon into customer-friendly language and create standardized materials (FAQs, scripts, case studies).
* Experience developing training content and coaching sales teams.
* Bachelor’s degree (Energy, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering preferred).
* Fluent English.
