Cleaning Team Leader - FM Service Provider - Didcot - Up to £29,000 per annum Exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to work for an established Facilities company on a unique site based in Didcot. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working within Facilities Management and can start immediately. Hours of work / Details : Monday to Thursday - 07:45am to 17:00pm / Friday - 07:45am to 12:15pm Immediate start Permanent position Driving licence required Responsibilities: Notice and report any H&S issues that may arise within the estate Complete monthly audit inspections with the client To undertake weekly cleaning and safety inspections Ensure that the team understand and work to task schedules React to all requests from the client or management team within the specified time frame Monitor and complete accurate registration of attendances and the rescheduling of cleaning Ensuring the team are following the H&S regulations Support the delivery of training to the soft services team Assist the Cleaning & Services Managers in delivering a fully compliant operation With the Cleaning Manager, conduct performance reviews and appraisals Dealing with stock management Ensure weekly documents are completed on site in line with policy including: planning rotas, schedule planning and task sheets Requirements: Previous experience of leadership operations in an environment Customer service focused Excellent communication skills both verbally and written Excellent interpersonal skills Knowledge and application of relevant standards and legislation such as COSHH Assessments, hygiene standards and health and safety management Good command of English language, both written and oral Please send your CV to Jordyn at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information.
