Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivering engaging, pre-prepared lessons across various secondary subjects (depending on your expertise and school needs)
2. Managing behaviour and maintaining a positive, structured learning environment
3. Supporting student learning and progress through effective classroom management
4. Communicating with department heads about student engagement and any concerns
5. Providing a steady presence during the school week and building relationships with students and staff
What We're Looking For:
6. A strong subject knowledge in one or more secondary subjects
7. Confidence in managing a classroom and delivering lessons effectively
8. Reliability, professionalism, and a positive approach to working with young people
9. Willingness to adapt and work across different secondary schools if needed
10. A genuine passion for education and supporting student development
