My client is hiring Risk Pricing Manager who is technically capable and a sound communicator to refresh pricing models in a leading MGA.
This opportunity has a clear pathway to the Head of Pricing position within the first 18 months of the role.
The Role -
* Build and refine technical pricing models
* Quantify risk and optimise pricing structures
* Conduct detailed risk assessments to understand market influence
* Cross-collaboration with underwriting, actuarial and product development
The Candidate -
* Over 4 years personal lines or SME insurance pricing experience
* A deep understanding of insurance pricing and market dynamics
* Technically proficient (e.g. Python, R, SQL, Earnix, Emblem, Radar)
* Collaborative leader - able to manage a team of 3
Location - London (2 days a week in the office)
Salary - up to £90,000
