The role focusses on floor walking support, device resets, and resolving common hardware, software, and access issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Provide floor walking support to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in person
* Reset and configure devices such as laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
* Support login, password, and account access issues
* Set up hardware, peripherals, and user workstations
* Respond to IT support requests and log incidents accurately
* Escalate complex issues to 2nd line support when required
